Made by R.S Owens. in Chicago (the guy who makes the real oscars).
These are only produced for very Rare Events Including
Nintendo Long Service Staff awards (20 Years Service) and
World Wide Competition Winners.
The Mario is made of Heavy Brass, and mine is missing its Marble Base (which normally would contain a plaque with the receiver's name).
