The paint on Luigi's face and shirt is shinier in the bootleg, and there are other very slight color differences, but these things would be difficult to point out in a photo. The pose is also very slightly off, with the hands and head turned at slightly different angles, and the legs are a little farther apart. But like Nightram said, the official figures should come with a stand with the character's name in gold lettering.
