Here's the second half of birthday land. I remember director's chairs were all the rage. While none of my firends had a Nintendo version, most of them had one. Seen here, way in the back, are the other windup toys: Link, Mouser and Luigi. Link is hiding behind a cup. You can also see what a Nut Roll would have looked like on the bottom, as well as another piece of merchandise that I would want: the Mario straw. You can also see more favors, Mario Fruit Snacks, wrapping paper, and the glass mugs. The glass products came in normal galsses and beer mugs. I have both, but never had them as a child. Imagine my parents buying me a giant beer mug. On another note, I never knew anyone with a Ultimate Superstick, but it looks like it belongs in the museum of terrible design. The most noteable piece on the page is the Mario Puppet Cooler by Pupper Koolers. I have one of these in the box, even though the box has had a pretty rough life. This is quite possibly the goofiest looking cup - if not promo item - I've ever seen. The legs are plush and the hands act like handles. Just weird.
