Flock of Angry Birds Invade Toys R Us

Available in three sizes and in red and yellow varieties, you can now spend infinitely more money on Angry Birds plushes than you did on the game itself (especially if you have the free version!). Toys R Us recently stocked up on both large and small size Birds, as well as mini "backpack clip" plushes. The larger varieties are supposed to make a sound when squeezed, though I wasn't able find the sound box in my brief time suspiciously squeezing them in the store like ripe fruit. With plans to expand the franchise into a TV show among other things, could this just be the beginning of an Angry Birds merch flood?
