Many sellers ONLY sell under buy it now auctions, so it's hard to warn people since there are no bidders. I'll post those to, as I find them.
zerotoyz - Largest seller of Fake Mario merch on eBay.
studio142 - this guy SOMETIMES sells legit merchandise, but often has fake Yoshi plushes and the like. His site is videogamefigures.com. It has the same legit and illegit stuff. Some pics below.
todayfocus, toynk - any item you see on ebay with this annoying yellow background is most likely fake. This guy's all over the place. His merchandise is hard to tell if it's fake, but the sheer amount he has up of rare items suggests that they are counterfeit. He rarely has the full set as well, meaning that some toys from the sets he counterfeits were more easily reproduceable. Scary. Toynk sells under white background, same style.

dragonboyshop - Recently got screwed trying to buy the missing parts of a collection of keychains. He sent me some very convincing ones, and then one heinously colored fake, leading me to uncover the truth!
busywin - Fake mario keychains and figures. He also converts real figures into lame things like earrings and necklaces.
games_for_sale - A forum member had a problem with this seller selling game boxes that never shipped. Buyer beware.
Websites:
www.videogamefigures.com - This guy built his site off of selling fake Yoshi plushes on Ebay. He now has some legitimate merchandise on his site, but still sells the counterfeit garbage that started this whole section.
www.toysnjoys.com - They have been long-time sellers of official merchandise, but counterfeits, adaptations, and unofficial merchandise have begun to appear in their store. This is very sad. I've also had many problems with orders and shipping from there, so I can no longer endorse them.
